RECYCLING PICK-UP
The Recycling Program is by Red River Workshop, St-Malo. Recycling pick-up in St-Pierre-Jolys is every Wednesday.

The following materials are accepted in our recycling facility:

• Aluminum beverage cans - tin cans: Please rinse, remove labels and flatten if possible.

• PLASTICS:
#1 - Soft drink bottles.
#2 - Milk jugs, ice cream pails, margarine, yogurt, pill, shampoo, liquid laundry detergent container.
#4, #5 & #7 - Margarine, Ketchup and shampoo containers.

Please check bottom of containers for the following symbols:

Remove all caps and rinse containers.

• PAPER: All newspapers, flyers, books, magazines, office paper & phone books.

• CARDBOARD: All cardboard (please flatten)
Milk cartons (please empty, rinse and flatten)
Tetra-Pak Juice Boxes. (Please empty, rinse and flatten)

• GLASS AND JARS: Whole bottles and jars only, please rinse and remove all caps.
No broken glass.

Please place all your recyclables in clear or blue garbage bags if possible - no sorting required. (In order to keep your neighborhood free of litter, we do not encourage the use of blue boxes, due to weather extremes, wind, rain and snow.)

We do not recycle the following: All Styrofoam (including egg containers) used paper plates and napkins, tissues, diapers, food scraps, etc.
