Home Care

Home care is a comprehensive community-based program that provides essential support in the home to anyone, regardless of age, who requires health care services or assistance with the activities of daily living. There is no charge for home care services provided by South Eastman Health/Santé Sud-Est.

Mental Health - Adult

Counseling, assessment, referrals and follow-up of mental health issues.

Mental Health - Children and Adolescents

Early intervention, assessment, referral, liaison and treatment for promoting good mental health.

Palliative Care Program

Palliative care is for those people and families who are facing a life-threatening illness that has reached the point where a cure is no longer possible.

Public Health Nurse

The Public Health program includes education, support, counseling, advocacy and referral to better assist individuals, families and communities in assuming greater responsibility and control in improving and maintaining the best health for all.

Telehealth

St. Pierre is home to one of four telehealth sites in the South Eastman region. The system uses video conferencing and satellite or ground telecommunications links to connect health care providers with patients and each other. Participants at both ends of the video link can talk with, hear and see each other. Appointments for Telehealth consultations will be booked for patients through their health care provider.


Medical clinic

There are four physicians contracted by the RHA, who provide services to clients from the community, the hospital and personal care home.

Dental clinic

There is one full time dentist who provides services to the community.
