The Manor, situated in the heart of St-Pierre-Jolys, offers independent housing for seniors (55 plus). The first section was built in 1967, added on in 1972, 1988 and expanded by a further 24 suites in 2006. Our 60 suite Manor is composed of 44 suites where the rent is a fixed amount every month and 16 suites where the rent is 27% of the person (or persons) income living in that suite. Some things that the manor offers are a five day meal plan, shopping trip in the city, exercise, bingos, BBQ's, mass, hair salon services, and it's close to food store, post office, Credit Union, pharmacy and RC church.
